Donations to Protecting Our Beaches Schools Neighborhoods And Parks or to any of its sponsored committees or separate segregated funds are not tax deductible for income tax purposes.

Donations to support the organizing and public policy advocacy efforts of our local community organization may be accepted without limit from individuals, associations, corporations, and other business entities, and are not subject to contribution limits or source prohibitions.

Your donation to Protecting Our Beaches Schools Neighborhoods And Parks is not intended or understood to be designated or earmarked for political campaign activity in support of or in opposition to any elected official or candidate committee, political committee, political party committee, issue committee, or local ballot measure or ballot question.

Recall Bonin 2021 Contributions: If you wish to designate your contribution as intended to support the eventual effort to recall Los Angeles City Councilman Mike Bonin, please make your contribution payable to "Recall Bonin 2021" or make a note to that effect in the Comments section.

"Recall Bonin 2021" will be a sponsored local recall committee, separate segregated fund, and project of Protecting Our Beaches Schools Neighborhoods And Parks. Contributions designated to the recall committee are subject to the disclosure requirements and restrictions of the campaign finance laws and regulations of the State of California and the City of Los Angeles.
